Holiday events call for big cups of Christmas cheer, especially when you’re making memories with friends and family. And there’s nothing like a few holiday-themed cocktails to add to the festive spirit and keep you warm on those chilly nights.
But making single-serve cocktails can quickly kill your buzz, so we’ve pulled together a few delicious large-batch drinks that you can easily prepare beforehand and set out for your guests to help themselves!
Our favorite hands-off set-up utilizes large glass carafes to keep plenty of pre-made cocktails on hand and hefty goblets for a classic holiday feel. First up is a tasty twist on classic eggnog from Delish! Coquito is the Puerto Rican version of eggnog, featuring a fun blend of coconut, rum, and holiday spices. The best part: you can make it up to 4 days in advance and store it in the fridge!
Coquito
- 2 15-oz cans cream of coconut
- 2 12-oz cans evaporated milk
- 1 cup white rum
- 1 large egg yolk (optional)
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp grated fresh nutmeg, plus more for serving
- Cinnamon sticks for garnish
Instructions
- Combine cream of coconut, evaporated milk, rum, egg yolk, cinnamon, vanilla, and nutmeg in a blender until well combined (1–2 minutes).
- Taste and add more rum if desired.
- Pour the coquito mixture into a large container, cover, and refrigerate for 2 hours (or up to 4 days) before serving.
- When ready to serve, stir well and pour into a pitcher.
- Set a bowl of cinnamon sticks nearby for garnish.

- 10 oz. green melon liqueur
- 2.5 oz lemon juice
- 5 tsp simple syrup

Instructions
- combine melon liquor, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a large cocktail shaker.
- Fill with ice and shake well.
- Strain into a chilled pitcher.
- Have maraschino cherries available for garnish.

- 1 bottle (750 ml) Whipped Vodka
- 1 bottle (750 ml) Pink Champagne or Sparkling Rosé
- 1 bottle (2 liters) Cherry 7-up
- Cranberries for garnish
Instructions
- Combine vodka, champagne or rosé, and 7-up in a punch bowl or large pitcher with ice.
- Stir/shake well to combine.
- Serve over ice and garnish with cranberries.
